Iscr88 Platform Terms and Conditions for Malaysia Users

1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" refers to the iscr88 website, mobile app, and all related services provided under the iscr88.app domain.
• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the iscr88 services.
• "Account Balance" refers to the amount of funds in a member's account, excluding any bonus that has not yet met its wagering requirements.
• "Bonus" refers to any monetary value or free rounds credited to a member's account as part of an iscr88 promotion.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process required before a withdrawal can be made.

• "Turnover" (Wagering Requirement) refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into withdrawable cash.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use iscr88 services, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years and above at the date of registration. iscr88 does not accept registrations from underage individuals under any circumstances.
• Residing in a geographic region that does not restrict access to online gaming platforms such as iscr88.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
• Has never had an account previously closed by iscr88 due to terms violations.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in all related accounts being closed and balances confiscated.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. iscr88 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time to verify the information you have provided. Failure to submit the requested documents within the specified period may result in your account being temporarily suspended.

3Account & Security

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur within your account. This includes all wagering, deposits, withdrawals, and any account settings changes made using your login credentials.

• Do not share your account password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Use a strong and unique password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols is recommended.
• Fully log out of your account each time you finish using the platform, especially on shared devices.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) via your account security settings for additional protection.
• Contact iscr88 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Iscr88 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your login credentials.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Iscr88 supports a variety of local payment methods including FPX bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay and other e-wallet options. All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

Deposit:

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 for most payment methods.
• Deposits are processed instantly or within 5 minutes depending on the chosen method.
• Iscr88 does not charge any processing fees on member deposits.

Withdrawal:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours upon completion of the verification process.
• KYC identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the member's own name.
• Iscr88 reserves the right to request additional documents for AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance purposes on withdrawals that exceed certain limits.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Iscr88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to its members. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated on the relevant promotions page, and those terms form part of this agreement.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member.
• The wagering requirements for each bonus are clearly stated in the respective promotion's terms.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without fulfilling the specified wagering requirements.
• Iscr88 reserves the right to void bonuses and any winnings derived from them in the event of misuse or fraud.
• Opening multiple accounts solely to claim the welcome bonus more than once is prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts.

6Game Rules

All games available on the iscr88 platform are operated in accordance with the rules set by their respective game providers and have undergone independent auditing to ensure fairness.

• The outcome of all games is determined by a certified and independently audited RNG (Random Number Generator) system.
• The RTP (Return to Player) value for each game is as stated in the respective game information.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, affected rounds will be determined in accordance with the relevant game provider's policy.
• Iscr88 is not responsible for losses incurred due to internet or device disruptions on the user's end.

7User Conduct

As an iscr88 member, you agree not to engage in any of the following conduct:

• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes (collusion).
• Abusing the bonus system in a manner contrary to the original intent of a promotion.

8Account Closure

You may close your iscr88 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before the closure is processed, all eligible balances will be returned to you via your original payment method.

Iscr88 reserves the right to suspend or close a member's account in the following situations:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Fraud, collusion, or bonus system abuse.
• Suspected activities related to money laundering.
• Self-requested via the Self-Exclusion feature.
• Death of the account holder — in such cases, the account balance will be managed in accordance with the relevant estate procedures.

In cases of account closure due to a breach of terms, iscr88 reserves the right to withhold any bonus balances or wins obtained through activities that violate those terms.

9Liability Limit

Iscr88 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to planned or unplanned system maintenance.
• Data loss due to force majeure events such as natural disasters or cyberattacks.
• Transaction processing delays due to technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers.

The maximum total liability of iscr88 to any member shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

10Privacy Policy

The collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by the iscr88 Privacy Policy, which forms part of this agreement. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

12Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of the iscr88 platform. Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this platform shall be resolved through the following process:

• First Stage: Contact the iscr88 customer support team for direct resolution within 14 working days.
• Second Stage: If unresolved, the dispute will be referred to a mutually agreed independent arbitration process.
• Third Stage: Any dispute that cannot be resolved through arbitration will be referred to a court of competent jurisdiction.

Iscr88 reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Amendments will take effect 7 days after being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after that period constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
